The TLIP Experience: Order, Delivery & Aftercare

At TLIP, every piece is made especially for you - we don’t work with mass-produced stock.

This means that once you place an order, we begin a personalized production process tailored to your choice.

⏱️ How long does it take to receive my order?

✅ Made-to-order production:

Once your purchase is confirmed, we need 7 business days to prepare and assemble your item.

This allows us to ensure quality, reduce textile waste, and avoid overproduction.

🚚 Domestic & International Shipping:

After production, your piece will be shipped via courier.

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your country.

📦 In summary:

From the moment you order, your TLIP piece will arrive in approximately 12 to 15 days.

🔁 Can I return a made-to-order product?

Yes, our standard return conditions apply.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days after delivery.

The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made on the website www.tlipstore.com
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms in full.

Pre-order System: All TLip items are made exclusively to order:

We do not hold stock
Every item is produced after your purchase
This model helps us avoid overproduction and promote responsible consumption

Products: We aim to describe each item with the highest accuracy (photos, sizing, fabric details).
Please note that colors may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting during photoshoots.

Prices : All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.
Prices may change at any time, but will not affect confirmed orders.

TLip ships exclusively to Spain and Europe countries: We currently do not ship outside the EU.

Delivery Times: All items are made to order.We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
To place an order, the customer must: Production and dispatch time: 5-10 business days and additional shipping time: 2–5 business days (depending on destination)

Orders: To place an order, the customer must:

Enter shipping details
Choose payment method
Confirm the order

An order confirmation will be sent by email.
TLip reserves the right to cancel any order in the case of suspected fraud or payment issues.

PaymentsLegal Warranty – What It Covers (and What It Doesn’t)

All TLip products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity (2 years).

This warranty applies only in case of manufacturing defects or clear non-conformity (for example: faulty stitching, broken seams on delivery, or material defects).

🔹 If you notice a defect upon receiving your item, please contact us within 14 days at tlipcoorp@icloud.com including clear photos.

🛑 This guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use (pulling, stretching, etc.)
Accidental damage or forceful handling
Normal wear and tear over time
Issues resulting from incorrect washing or care
Minor variations due to the handcrafted process
Fit-related concerns (our pieces are one-size and designed to be adaptable)

Our garments are handmade with care and intention. We recommend always following the care instructions to ensure durability.

Privacy Policy: Customer data is collected only for order processing and communication purposes.
Your data will be handled confidentially in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To request access, modification or deletion of your data, please contact tlipcoorp@icloud.com

Intellectual Property: All content on the TLip website (photos, texts, logos, branding) is the exclusive property of TLip.
Any use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In case of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.

If no agreement is found, the competent court will be that of the seller’s location.
